Pilots coming to Hardy Aviation are now required to have a minimum of 800 hours total time, local knowledge of the Northern Territory, wet season experience, MECIR (minimum 6 months remaining), GNSS, RNAV, Cessna 206/210 time or similar, all ATPL subjects completed and be willing to move up in aircraft complexity at a fast rate.
